HCG durin a year long cycle...

So many comflicting opions on this subject... but been ON for 8 months now... staying on another 4-5. Plan is to run 500ius twice a week... but my question is... how long should i do this for? The remander of the cycle.. 5 months? I ws thinking doing a month on and month off... Any input?

i will not use it it does not work for me , but most will tell you to do it every weekend 500 iu each day for the whole cycle up to pct
