I put mine in a shot glass and fill the rest of the shot glass with grapefruit juice. Gets rid of most of the taste, and plus grapefruit juice help absorbtion slightly.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

I find that if I just take it at full strength and then eat a meal directly afterwords, the taste is gone almost immediately. If I dilute it in water or juice, it just makes me taste it that much longer. But that's just me.
