I just finished my 1st cycle, and was trying to figure out the next one. i used QV enth 500 mgs and EQ 400mgs a week. Good solid gains. I was thinking about 600-750mgs of test next time (late september), and possibly deca instead of the eq. Im 6'4, 228 and lean. Ive been lifting for 4+ years. im interested in your thoughts.

one mistake i made when i first started was i kept uping the dose when it was not needed. thats not too much of an increase but you still might want to stay at your first does till your gains start to hinder, just a thought. with the deca you will put on more water but since it will be sept u might not care. i have compared deca to eq and for me the only difference seems to be the water so i stick with EQ. but alot of people love deca for bulkin. and if you are gonna switch to deca you def might want to keep the test dose the same so you can accurately see what works better for ya the deca or the eq!

Normally I'd say a lower dose, but your pretty heavy so.. here's what I reccomend:
Week 1-10 Test E 600mg/wk
Week 1-10 Deca 500mg/wk
Week 1-4 Dbol 30mg ED.
You could even lower that dose slightly (IE 500mg test 400mg Deca) and probably still get excellent results.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

I don't see how size factors into a cycle, we all produce 40-70mg of test a week, the amount of test produced doesn't determine your size, that has to do with genetics. An increase in your test levels with proper food intake, training and recovery will increase muscle size.
