  • Is Clen anti-catabolic?

Some say it is and some say it isnt. Does anyone have some actual documentation to back up their opinion ,so I can finally know who to believe?

i think the results is based on animal tests. it may be anticatabolic in humans but at really high doses.

if i need something anticatabolic i just take 4-5 grams of BCAAs before workout or cardio.

It was found to be anti-catabolic in horses. In human's...not so much.
RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.
