Ok guys I have been training for about 4 years now and I am 29 yrs old at aroung 15% bf. My goal is to put on some quality muscle and not to gain hardly any bf. Here is a list of my current gear:

2-Bottles Ultra Sust = Cyp, Enath, Prop, 125/125/100 mg/ml
2-Bpttles Trenbolone Acetate/Propionate 75/100mg/ml
30-Dbol 55mgs
42-Winny 55mgs

Along with proper PCT (clomid, nolvadex)

Any advice would be appreciated!!!!

use propionate instead cyp and enanthate, and use armidex to prevent the water bloat from dbol

man, that is totally up to you. I could think of a couple different cycles that I would do with that, but of course, i am not you. Should you have researched and known what every drug is, how it reacts with your body, and what dosages you need, you should simply be asking us for a cycle critique as building a a cycle from raw materials for you will always be biased in the eye of the one giving the advice. Of course, if you are a newbie, then the replys will be more one sided but if you are expereinced then in reality, the decision to use different compounds for different reasons should soley be left to your discreation.

I agree totaly , I have a few cycles under my belt. Test and equipoise but nothing to this extreme. I have been doing alot of research and figured this is the gear I wanted to run in my next cycle and was just looking for a lil advise, and I agree with what everyone has told me so far. so I will post my cycle and then let you guys let me know what you think.

now, shady...I assume that the bottles that you have are 10mls
the cyp and enanthate can carry you a good 5 days in between shots, the prop needs to be used on an eod base at most or its just not worth it, with 2 inje4ctions a week, its 700mgs of test from the first blend

The tren will replace the strength the dbol was giving you, and will give a harder, and non bloated look, you will also have an extra 3000mgs of test if Im thinking right, so I would advise using Ldex to keep water retention down, and the chances of gyno setting in, 1000mgs of test a week is high, but not unheard of
.5-1mg of ldex is going to be needed, it depends on ur body. You will add this

the second mix of tren and prop will only last about 20 days, the first one 50, so you have a good 10 week cycle of test

finish off the cycle with the winstrol, for the last 6 weeks

Basically without knowing your past cycle history and I would like you to post it, this is how you would lay this out

Weeks 1-4
Dbol 55mgs ed, split the tab into 4 and take one piece every 3 hrs

Weeks 1-7
cyp/entat/prop- 1ml e5d

Weeks 7-10
tren/prop 1ml eod

Weeks 4-10
winny 55mgs ed

since ur stoping the cyp enanthate on wqeek 7, it will be cleared from your system by week 10, so you can start PCt immediatly...wait 5 days aftre ur last shot of prop tren
10 weeks of being on 17aa's, dbol and winny if you didnt know is a lil harsh, but a good mix of ALA and Liv-52 will help with that, no sence in giving a break as its too short of a time peroid, if you were going 16 weeks orf longer I would suggest a bereak in the orals, but not here

PCT is 21 days total
clomid and novla together is a good mix, if you dont know dosing, I will add that next reply once I have seen what you have done already, but this is lined out according to what you have, not according to what you are used to, and what you should move on to
