Farrar,
Know you're serious so reccomendation is to get a copy of Body Opus.
First 1/2 or so of book is stuff we already know, realize it was written to a certain extent with diversified audience in mind.
Anyways, well, the body opus part is extremely detailed don't think I'd do it justice just hitting the highlights. Those highlights are now talked about it bb circles as "have to's" and you'll know most of them, the thing is he goes into great detail why, and then what you discover is most of these things they say you need to do are not complete and thus they fail.
His general premise is a normal male of 15% bf, can get to and maintain 6% bf yr. round .
Without going into another speech at one time or another, and lot's of times in combo I've done most of the things in the book, and they did work and well but their came a point, through the reading see where just missing a thing or two could have made a big difference.
I'm going to give it a go in a month or two, will read it a few more times and then plan it all out.
One thing will say, it is not detailed hard to understand, yet, explained in a way such that you cannot miss any detail, and at certain times in diet and training regime the details are mandatory if you wish excpetionally results.
Let you know how it goes .
