  • Juice caused me to get acne rosacea

I was recently diagnosed with acne rosacea. Rosacea is a skin disorder that covers the face and neck area. It came on after a long hard cycle. I am guessing it was from the juice. I got bad body acne from the last cycle also. Has anyone else ever had or heard of someone catching rosacea from juicing? I also got the ocular rosacea form which is in the eye's. This really sucks because now I am afraid to juice anymore because I am afraid it might make it worse!

I'm guessing rosacea is a type of bacteria.

Not much I can tell you. Acne is a side effect of steroid use. If you already have acne, it almost always gets worse during a cycle.

Definately something you want to get under control before your next cycle. Also have a plan to abort the cycle early if it starts getting too bad. No use being big and freaky if your afraid to take off your shirt.

Rosacea, i know can be very disfiguring, especially around the face and neck area. Have you seen a good Dermatologist or a Dr. that specializes in skin disorders. I would look one up and lie to him and say you have taken Depo testosterone because of low test levels in the blood and ask if it can cause the rosacea. He or she might be able to come up with some course of treatment to help eliminate the problem. If you don't want to lie at least he can provide treatment for it. What kind of aas were you using prior to its onset?

Thanks- I was using about everything it was a 24 week cycle of Sust, EQ, DBOl and PCT was Clomid and hcg. I was thinking maybe the hcg was the culprit because i read somewhere that it causes bad acne also. And I hadnt had alot of problems on my other cycles but I also didnt run hcg on my previous cycle?

I would sugget seeing a Dermatologist first off to help treat it. Next time you do a cycle try to minimize the aas to just two esters, like test/eq, test/deca, test/tren, etc., and one oral if you feel you want to use one. I definitely think that the HCG had a part in it, as I had been taking it for a long period for HRT and towards the end of treatment i was getting them very often, and I'm not one to even get one. As soon as i stopped taking it my skin started to clear up. Clomind can also cause them, so you had double chances of getting them. BTW, using clomid and hcg together is counter productive. Next time try just nolva for pct, as it is just as good.

Definately go see a dermatologist. See if you can get your hands on some acutane.

But I'm afraid that will delay your cycle for months. Acutane works like crazy, but it's hard on your body. So you don't want to be taking it and juicing at the same time.

I had great success with Accutane as a teen... it truly is a miracle drug.

Before you go the Accutane route, look into "Pro-Active"

My Mom had Rosacea and it cleared it up within a week... gone forever. If the Pro Active doesn't work, then look into Accutane.

Best advice I could give ya.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.

Is it possible the gear was contaminated? I hear bacteria or other contaminates can cause severe acne, among other things.

                      Nope.

Bacteria that's injected is either killed by your body's immune system or you get an infection and go to the doctor. It will not spread to other parts of your body.

i have a friend that gets BAD acne about 2-3 weeks after he comes off a cycle, like you they were all over his neck back and arms !! they were bad. he went to the Derm. Doc and it took 3 months to get rid of his problem...he got 2 different kinds of meds + acutane, none of which worked, then he went to a derm. doc in the city and he gave him some magic pill,<not sure what it was, that's what he called them> and poof the problem was gone in a week....there are M.D.'s out there that don't know shit...be careful and choose wisely.

I seriously think some Dr's do a hit and miss cause they really don't know what will work in reality only whats in the med books. Then there are the kind that really know their shit, but they are hard to come by. Sometimes i think they just want you to keep comming back so they can bill the health insurance companies.
