Prop is awesome! I've had 2 shoulder surgerys and i love injecting into my shoulders, Makes them feel all nice and warm... Alittle trick i learned is to mix the Prop with Fina or something and it will not hurt. I mix 1.5 cc's of both Prop and Fina e.o.d in same syringe and have no pain! first week just shooting Prop hurt like hell almost quit, glad i diddnt....Prop Rules!

right before your chest workout split the dose into each pec, one of my favorite spots when i was on prop, but the day after it is a little sore if you strectch it

Maybe i'm wierd but i have used countless bottles of OV Prop 100 and have never had a problem with pain from the shot. QV T250 on the other hand ALWAYS killed me the day after....Yep, thats right, i'm a monkey and you're not.Comment
