yeah, i get all that. but back to my question, for those who have done 20 wk cycles and 10 wk cycles, which is more beneficial for muscle gains?

The 20 weeker if you recover fine. But with the doses you provided, 500 mg all the way. 250 mg would shut you down, and wouldnt be enough added test to benefit you much.
Any cycle over 16 weeks, i feel you need hcg to speed recovery.
