How the OV deca working for ya Mikey? Inkman has a good recipe for a mass shake: 4 scoops protein, one large banana, 1/2 cup oatmeal dry, and two tablespoons of peanut butter. = 60 gram protein, 30 grams fat, 1200 cals. With my protein it'll be more like 100grams of protein. He said if you take three of these between meals you'll grow big time. I'm going to try it when i start my next one.

Good to hear about the girls Mikey, i not going to lecture. I do think its a vein you hit and the blood just traveled down the forearm. Get it checked out, but I don't think you have anything to worry. It will take awhile to disapate, maybe wk or two. Where did you inject?

i only in my gultes, shoulders, tric and biceps not forearms tooo many veins and sensitive u know, what do u think, it freaks my out a lot

Depends on which area you injected before you noticed the blood like hickey. If it was your tris, that is probably why the blood went to your forearm. It just leaked out a vein and is underneath the skin. It will take awhile (1-3wks) to disapate. But go to the Dr's anyway and be a good boy so you know for sure nothing is wrong.
