Help my virgin cycle of deca

HI im about to start my 1st cycle of Deca-durabolon 300 is that fine to take alone will i get good results and how much a week should i take ? And should i stack next time ?

No ...i'm no expert but a deca only cycle will shut you down and not give you alot gains.....use the search button up top and party ....bro there is a ton of info here ..you just have to search

im not an expert either but a good beginner cycle is test at 500mg a week for 10 weeks. deca can be stacked with test to get better results but I would not suggest taking deca on its own and if u do take something to keep you nuts working.

Believe it or not my first cycle was deca by itself and i had good gains my cycle looked like this.
Every week
600mg deca
500Iu hcg mixed in with the deca
25mg of proviron a day

I gained 25 pnds kept 19 and was strong as a bull. I know deca gets a bad rap but i love it. My joints quit hurting and if you have bad knees or shoulders that in itself is enough to male you love it.

I used deca only on first cycle at 200 mgs and would highly recommend it as a beginner cycle. I only ran it four weeks.....took four weeks off and hit it another four. I read about this in Chemical Muscle Enhancement by Arthur L. Rea. No sides, no pct. Gained 18 pounds.

Do a search on newbie cycles and read up on some threads here before you do a Deca only cycle, and it's your 1st one....I'm a bit lazy right now to post up what you should or shouldn't do....Good luck.

Hey, your way to young bro 17 or 18yrs old?? Remember this thread? http://www.fitnessgeared.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=38366 takes awhile to load. I know its been three to four months, but you need to grow naturally. Id hold off on any cycles for at least 5yrs. You have enough natural test right now to build. Just eat big, protein 300mg ed, get proper sleep and train hard and you'll grow. Don't rush yourself and read up on aas before starting a cycle in the future. I personally would never suggest Deca as a first cycle or to do it without test.

Not to flame here, but even if you were in your twenties, you would need to develop way more before starting aas. You have nice sturcture, but no mass at all. You need to get the fundamentals down first (ie. diet, training, sleep etc., and the time in to reach those goals) before even thinking about a cycle.
