I tried research and didn't come up with too much (I'm not really good with the search) anyway I think that proviron is hard on the hair, but I was wondering about other anti-e's (l-dex in particular).
Any info is greatly appreciated.
Proviron is an androgen so the possibilty of experiencing negative side -effects is there. But take in moderation the benefits outweigh the risk IMO. I've never heard of anyone complain of a receding hairline due to arimidex use though.
There is a theory that estrogen helps to displace the androgens that are hard on the hairline. However, I have used Nolva and Arimidex in my cycles several times and never had any problem with hair loss.(while taking spiro, nizoral, and azelaic acid)
suggested that estrogen plays a contributory role in hair loss. A poster on hairsite.com beleived that he had better regrowth results when he added arimidex to his intake of ********. I'm not sure I agree with this position, but I definately do not believe arimidex will worsen hairloss. Posters who have tried topical estradiol to treat hairloss have pretty much torpedoed the idea. What works in the lab may not work in th real world. It would be hard to evaluate the effects of arimidex on hairloss in someone using androgens.
