heres my dilema.......ive been dieting since dec1........im down to about 13-14 bf......im about to start a cycle of eq, test, and winny.......id like to add as much lean mass as possible and drop into single digit bodyfat............the problem is that ive been on a fairly low calorie diet for so long, im afraid when i bump my calories for this cycle ill store a lot of fat.......i know the gear will take care of that but what kind of diet would u suggest...im 5'7 170............thanks

no prob bro ... i understand where your coming from... ive been doing research and learning everyday , but still have a long way to go.... iknow that gear isnt a "magic pill" .......i understand the importance of diet, training and nutrition.....
what i meant was that the gear would help from accumalating to much bodyfat from the extra calories by promoting muscle gains and increasing metabolism.....within reason.....
ive only been taking in about 2000 calories for the past 6 months....... i know i need more calories than that to grow.......i just want to figure out how many calories to eat to grow without putting on fat......should i calculate my base caloric need and work from there..????
by the way i appreciate you offering to post a program for me.....

7:45 3 Energy Reserve (L-Carnitine)
8:00 30 min cardio (treadmill or stationary bike)
9:00 8 egg whites with 2 yolks, 1 Super Pak
10:30 3 Ultra 40 liver tablets, amino acid and vit C 3000mg
12:00 300g eye of round and 11 oz. cantaloupe, , 4 Mass Amino tablets
3:00 300g chicken breast, 170g yam, 3 cups salad,
4:45 3 Energy Reserve
5:00 train
7:00 250g lean beef and 1 1/2 cups whole strawberries,, 4 Mass
8:00 3 Ultra 40, amino acids and vit C
9:30 300g chicken breast, 3 cups salad with 1 Tbs. flax, 6 ultra 40, 4 mass
12:00 2 energy reserve

and as ur total will be : 2700 calories; 400g Protein, 80g fat, 96g carbs.
i hope this will help u out a bit to drop at low at 5-8 % deoending on ur metablsim and ur Gear will help out a lot.

HEres the plan:
weeks 1-12...400-600 eq
weeks 1-12 400-500 test
weeeks 6-12 50 mg oral winny daily
im not sure if im going to do enanthate or propionate......i was thinking of doing a lower amount of propionate and adding 75mg fina eod......also thought about throwing in a little anavar at the front .....
ive done a couple cycles of test but only did 10ml over 6weeks each time., and didnt have any results.......
i was also wondering about the diet u gave me.....right now im on about 2000 calories for the past 6 months......with 2700 will i continue to lose fat.........will this be enough for decent muscle gains also...???
