New guy here, just checking stuff out, My question is what do you guys think about trap injections, i cant get mine to grow for nothing. Isnt there a bunch of nerves in the neck area? has anyone here injected in that area, and how painful was it?

it's easy...just sit with your elbows on a table facing a mirror so your traps are bunched up but relaxed. make sure when you press on it (the one side), it's soft...ie. relaxed.
also if you look at your trap, it goes pretty far down your back so you can put the needle in at an angle so it goes down your back...just in case you push it in too far for the muscle you have there.
there aren't a lot of nerves in there like everyone is saying. it's one of the easier and least painful and least bloody places. the hardest part is getting a good angle where you can see the needle and plunger so you know where your at (how much you have left, speed, etc.).
I got up to 4ml in each side ;p but that hurt bad when I tried to sleep because my traps were hitting the pillow too hard and they were tender. heh.

gotta agree with the latter guys. Only the spinal accesory nerve there and it innervates the muscle from underneath. Almost impossible to hit. Even if you hit a nerve, you get a shock and can back off. No biggie. It does get sore though. I hit it with prop and its always a little sore but no more than any other similar muscle that sizeCorny Devil
