When do i take nolvadex

Hi guys i'm pretty new to the steroids I've been taking sustonon 750 mg a week along with deca 300 mg for three weeks now and just stated taking winstrol last week every other day.Should i be taking nolvadex now or wait till i'm done and should i also take clomid at the end of the cylce?

My friend, you really don't appear to be ready to be taking steroids. Since you have already started, you should already be taking the Nolvadex at 20mg ED. You should already be taking HCG as well. 250IU on the Saturday and Sundays. The clomid should start post cycle. You really need to do more homework before you just into something like this. How old are you by the way?

thanks i'm 27 i took sus and deca for six weeks to at the end of jan into feb just to gain some weight and i got good results then i stopped and started again because im going on a cruise the end of May then I got a sample cycle for the internet and iI've been taking winstrol everyday i got great results I do plenty of cardio and diet to a tee.Some people said not to take nolvadex because it could slow gains so i didnt know what to do

it can, most would recommend having it on hand incase gyno symptoms begin to appear

They are techincally correct. It will impede gains, but the downside is that there is a good chance for gyno. I had gyno surgery twice and let me tell you, this is something you don't want to get.

I'm not trying to insult you, but I have a hard time believing that you have your diet down if you ask such a basic question about a cycle. Especially when you said you were on and then went off then back on again! Do you understand how your HPTA works? This is very important to understand before you start any AAS. It will help you structure the cycle properly. What does your diet look like?

For my diet i write down everything i eat and keep track of my calories and grams of protein and carbs and try to get at least 35% from pro 50-55 carbs and the rest fat.At first I just took the deca and super test because thats all i could get my hands on i got results but then i stopped then i just got a sample cycle and tried it now with sustanon for 4 weeks and i got 15 winnies i started taking every other day.I got 20 primos ten which i found out were fake but the others are real.I didnt know better i just started doing alot of research in the past couple weeks i just wish i found this site sooner its a big help.thanks for the input and i'm sure i'll need more

Hello. As far as ancillaries go, unless you feel that you may be prone to gyno, there certainly is no problem with taking them along with the cycle. Otherwise you will be fine starting the PCT a week or so before your cycle ends. It may hinder gains to run the nolva along with the cycle but not to any great extent.

Just like armani said. The gains you will be hindering if you do take it during will mostly be bloat associated with the elevated estrogen levels. You might not gain as much "weight" but you should gain the same amount of muscle.
