yes they are $5 for shiiping and u get it next day. for the promotion i think another 2 or 3 days if i'am not mistaken. tehy were fast reliable and cheap too. they also have kyno and i was suprised, a total multivitamin will help u out while u are cutting wt winstol, and clen and will keep u full.
