  • New Cycle! Need Help

    WKS 1-10 500mg enath.
    WKS 1-4 maybe through week 5 if I dont feel the test yet: 30-35mg d-bol ed

    Im going to be running the l-dex at .25mg ed for whole cycle until the start of my pct. Ill throw in nolva if i see gyno symptoms.
    PCT starts 2 wks after last inject of enath.

    **This is the question I have. Ive got plenty of nolva and clen for pct, and I wanted to know what doses of each I should take and for how long. I know that clen needs to be 2wks on 2wks off.

    If you are using nolva for your pct, I use 60mg ed week 1, 40 mg ed week 2-3, 20mg ed week 4-5. That works well for me, I have seen variations, but start at 40-60mg and taper down over a month or so and you should be good to go.

    As for the clen, if you can deal with shakes, you can start at 120mcg ed 2 on 2 off as you know. Some guys i know say the shakes arent so bad if you slowly go up to 6 per day of the .2's e.g., day 1-2 3 pills, day 3-4 4 pills day 5-6 5 pills day 7-8 6 pills, then work you way back down. I dont know that that much of a taper up/down is needed though depends on you. Just drink lots of water

      About a year ago I took a 20cc Sustanon 250 and taking about 4 5mg DBol tabs a day for 10 weeks. I went from 190 to 229 solid. I didn't gain hardly any water weight.

        My clen is in liquid form so I have to figure out how in the hell to measure out my doses but as far as that goes ill go with the amt. that you reccomended.

          damn black, what did your diet look like for that cycle? How much weight did you retain after you got off of that cycle?

            I was taking anywhere from 200 grams to 300 grams of protein a day...I kept size and strength for around 3-4 weeks and then I started to notice some decrease in strength and size.

              I haven't worked out in about a year...cause of my job situation. I'm about to get back on the same cycle.

                What did your calorie intake look like on that cycle? calories/protien/fat. Godd luck with your next cycle & get huge

                  I ate alot...high everything...except fat...almost everything i ate was grilled and lean meats.

                    I was eating about 5 times per day and a few protein shakes a day.
