Whats up everyone...Ok before I start, I don't have gyno. I've always had puffy nipples that pertrude a little bit, even when I get to as low as 5% bf. It's something that has always annoyed me even though I know it's not as bad as I think. My chest is still IMO my best feature not looking *****y or anything, but wanted to know if by taking an anti-e I might see improvement. I am currently taking prop, eq, and winny if that is info that may be needed. I have Nolvadex on hand for the usual safety reasons. Also if Anti -e's wouldn't do the trick, any other suggestions? Thanks in advance....FLEMS

Whats up sal...NYC huh? Yeah, honestly my chest is ripped up, striations and all but the puffy nips just really pisses me off. With my shirt off I can care less but with a tight shirt my chest can look mis-shaped. One thing that helped a little which I usually start when the weather gets warmer is tanning with preparation H the hemmoroid medication. Nothing crazy but it helps to get rid of the excess water. Besides that I'm looking for other suggestions...come on bros

what up fellas. I had the EXACT same problem. It actually may be gynecomastia. It's called "puffed nipple gynecomastia" in my case. Even when i got completely shreaded (last summer i was at about 5-6%) I had puffy nipples that i always called my "13 year old girl tits".
There is a small mass of breast tissue that is underneath your nipple that causes this. The only solution it seems, if it has been there for more than a short period of time and you are older than 18 is surgery. I had mine last thirsday.
I am very pleased with the results. Feel free to ask any questions about the procedure... I would highly recomend it!I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.

I don't know if mine is as serious as that. I get many complements on my chest, but in my head it looks bad. I believe this is because when I was younger, a teen they looked a lot worse. I have puffy nips but in my case I think the main problem was a poorly developed chest. Now, after years of hard training and some safe cycling my chest is well defined. BUT I have my fucking nipples...How much is that surgery!

Yeah bro, i paid 3k for my surgery. Make sure you find a place that has it's own certified OR, or you could end up paying up to 5k (it's usually an extra 1200-2000 to use another facilities operating room). Don't be affraid to go out of your home city for the best deal, which is what i did. I can tell you now from what you're describing, it sounds exactly like what i had. Your best bet is to find a doc and go for a consultation, they're usually free. He can tell you for sure.I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... Since I've been on cycle I feel like my nips look a lot better and normal...I'm at 200lbs and down to 9% and my nipples look hard a lot of the time. I think they only look bad during the winter now, while I'm bulking and carrying extra fat. If the surgery would help me feel better all the time then it's something I may consider. You would think gyno, since its basically a growth, would be covered by insurance. Do you think there is a way to present it to a doctor so it can be considered a health problem or risk and then covered by insurance?FLEMS

there are a couple of things you can do if you want to claim it on your insurance.
A. you have to be over 18. I'm pretty sure you got that one covered, at least i hope so if you're running cycles.
B.It has to be a glandular excision of breast tissue, not liposuction of fat, which in your case you prolly have that covered too.
These are the most common stipulations MOST insurance companies have about the surgery. Yours could be different. Your best bet is to talk to your regular doctor first, and have HIM reccomend you to a specialist, so that will get the paperwork in your favor ball rolling. Then make sure you explain to the specialist (plastic surgeon) that you are concered about insurance and he will likely have some tips for helping you get it covered.
I paid for mine out of pocket... My nips weren't that bad either, but now i can have the chest i always wanted without the nips for the rest of my life. It's a great feeling! Good luck bro, keep us posted!I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
