    fina 150 eod
    How many times a week should I workout each body part?? let me know bros

    i do each bodypart 1x per week... no sooner than every 5th day for me

      1x a week just like he said.

      Although, your bi's could probably be done 2x a week as well as calfs if you really wanted. Bi's are suppose to be one of the fastest recovering parts in your body and i know alot of people that do calfs two times a week (including me now) and are seeing great results.

      Just depends on who you are too though.

        once a week for me except abs. and since i have NO calves i started doing twice a week on those too

          if you dont do biceps with back, you might overtrain them if you do them 2x per week...

            right there with ya bro. been doing it 2X a week since i started and they have grown considerably.

            calves abs and bis are about the only things I would train 2X a week. although gear does increase your recovery time its still better to do slightly too little than over train

                When I went from 2x a week to 1x a week, I gained an incredible amount.

                BUT, the key is intensity. You need to DESTROY each bodypart when you work it once a week. Train like you've never trained before, then let it rest for 6 days.
