    can cutting one's carbs while doing a cycle restrict how much muslce one will gain?

    is it possible to make solid gains in general when cutting carbs?

    I've made great gains with restricted carbs. Most of my carb consumption comes first thing in the morning and of course after my workout but besides that the rest of the day is relatively low. good luck..Flems

      ya ofcourse, less carbs u eat less strength gains, less muscle gains.. but it is possible to add LBM specially with using tren

      IMO to make the best out of your cutting cyccle, keep calories as high as you can possibly keep it while lossing fat... Cut all kinda carbs @5 pm , 45min of cardio in AM... higher the protein the better.
