    hey bros i need some help. I need to lose muscle. YEa i said it. I am 5 foot six and 250lbs.(obvious from gear). I only have 10 percent bodyfat. I am not fucking around. My heart has been working too hard and it is effecting everything i do. I heard i should stop lifting and just do cardio but I am addicted to lifting. What should i do. I feel if i get down to about 220 i should feel alot bettera and be alot healthier. What do you guys suggest besides getting off gear and sending it to you.LOL I guess they say that there are downsides of having alot of muscle. Well this is definitely one of them!!!!

    take in less protein lesscals and do cardio it will go away then

      less protein and calories in general also stop lifting heavy. work on getting perfect form with every lift with a lighter weight and dont increase reps and yeah cardio. shit you will loose weight but alot will be fat. set your goal like 220# at 7-8% bf you would still be a big guy but shredded even more

        Heh you are my size with an extra 50lbs on your frame.Do you have any pics of that bro?Interesting to see what I would look like 50lbs heavier lol.Never thought about being that heavy but curious to see what it would look like.

          I call Bullshit on this... 5'6 250 @ 10% looks like a pro bber... If u actually could reach that stats, u wouldnt make such a dumb post and u would know by now that how easy is to loss muscle.. post a picture and prove me wrong!

                    no doublt in my mind, he is NOT 250 lbs 5'6, 10%... may be 250 with 45% bf... If he is, i will say i am sorry but till then i call this one big bullshit...

                      well here it is about 1 month ago. I am like 5 lbs heavier and less bodyfat now.My body simply grows like a weed off gear. I have been blessed with great genetics in my legs also. I wasnt lieing

                        I know it sounded like bullshit but i was serious. I am having health problems now and have to sleep with a machine at night cause its hard to breath. Sorry about the pic ill try to get a better one.

                          I think u need to get a blood panel done and see what meds u need to take, seems worse than just losing muscle, u think?

                            Heh that dosent look like 5'6" and 250 at 10% bro.Maybe its the picture but I am 200 and look bigger than what I can see,definetly stockier and leaner.

                              I dont know but im not lieing. For those who know me know I wouldnt put a post up unless i needed help. Ive been a member here and at the old fitnessboard and those who know me know whats up and how long ive ben around. I put this post up not to brag but to honestly get some help.
