Just want to thank you bros for your advice about my shoulder injury. Went to a sports doctor
yesterday and had some ultrasound therapy. He said I partially tore my soft tissue above my pec. Anyway feeling much better since the therapy, should be back to doing bench in 3-4 weeks.
