  • t3 and the Sun

Anyone had experience with your skin being more sensitive to the sun while on T3. I'm on my third week and keep getting burnt...and i never usually burn. I've never ever had to put sunscreen on my lower legs and even they got burnt today. No biggie, just wondering. I'll be off in a week anyway.

    I haven't noticed that when I was on it, I go tanning 2X a week though, but I didn't notice a difference!

                Hmmmm, interesting to see this!

I'm on T3 right now and I burned the hell out of my arms while sitting outside at a restaurant eating lunch. Couldn't have been more than an hour, but I got baked! I'll have to pay more attention to this...

It's better to burn out, than to fade away...

I think Ive heard that before...My wife had thyroid cancer when she was 19...she has no thyroid gland now..and has had to take synthroid ever since- and will forever. Seems like I heard that somewhere along the way...that youre nore sensitive to sunlight when fiddlin around with T3..
