doing calf injections today(fina) and hit my first vien ever. just pulled it back out and did it again no problems. have done 7 cycles and have never hit a vien. 5 of those cycles were at least 6-months. i guess i should add that up until today i had only done glute,quads,and delts.

hitting a vein the 1st time is scary. i remember reading on EF that if you inject into a vein, you feel lightheaded and pass out before you are done injecting. anyone know the truth to this?Comment

My bruise that I got in my quads lasted what seemed like 2 months. It wanst but it was a long time.
