Medial Delts

Anyone ever shoot there??? I've been alternating front/rear delts but last night I took 2mls in each medial delt...Left one feels great and didn't have to go through the scar tissue like normal, but I couldn't sleep last night because my right one was so sore, and every now and then this morning I keep getting a shooting pain in my right arm and I can't hardly move it, especially if I try to raise it straight up....that's not happening today. Any thoughts or ideas???

I've done medial almost exclusively without problems.

I do medial delts wehn I was doing sustanon. It hurt like a mother fucker. Sounds like you might have hit a nerve if you have pain shooting up your arm.
