Between Amino 2222 Liquid form and tab form? I see that the liquid form has 22g of protein. But besides that? What is better for cost? I know the liquid gives good energy, but do the pills do this as well? I heard the only difference is the prefrence of not swallowing "horse pills". If someone could give me a reason why one would be better than the other. Thanx!
