Quick question-I have been taking 2 5mg tables once a day for almost 2 weeks. The first week I did one 5 mg, next two 2 5mgs. I have notice a slight difference. I feel more bulky and show it very little. I started a weight at 142 and now 147. I take the two in the morning and thats all. Could I cycle like that? I'm not taking it 2 times a day.. I think this could be bad for my improvements. Please comment. If so, I could change that. Would I see much a difference?

M1T cycles should be 2weeks on 2weeks off. That stuff is hell on your liver.
I'd stop now...wait the 2 weeks and then start up at 10mg again.

I think you should stop using M1T and anything else and do a little more research before using anything. How old are you anyway? Not trying to be a dick. I just want to make sure you know what you're getting yourself into.I AM EL NINO!!! All other tropical storms must bow before El Nino. Yo soy El Nino. yo bro, i'm close to your hgt but weigh 213. i would highly recommend that you research anabolic diet. i was like you when i was younger--knowing what i know now--i can only say
EAT! EAT EAT -eat when your not hungry, eat when you wake, eat befor you go to bed, whatever/whenever-EAT.. just research and find the type/quality of food. don't worrry if done with the correct food you won't get fat, you'll gain muscle at much faster rate. considering your only 145-150 you can easily gain another 20-30 lbs naturally. Also, i'm unaware of your workout, but if your not squatting-START YESTERDAY. HEAVY SQUATS and increased food/protein will help you gain like there's no tommorrow. well, this is just a few basics through my trial and error. good luck to ya bro!

Right now, I have stoped for one week-going to do a 2 week cycle. I'm back to my old weight before I started. I don't know this stuff is actually working. I feel bulky though and my chest feels tight and my arms do too. But no real weight gain. any ideas? I started my first week 10mg and second 20mg. Right now I'm off for another week. any ideas?
