Could be a sign of High BP......... If you havent checked it get it checked. If it is high bp take some Asprin it should help! Also if you have dbol in your cycle it can cause it ....

don't take sinus medication, if it is your bp that would knock it up 10 points. IMO everyone who uses gear should know how to take thier own bp. and not with one of those damn machines. they can be a real pain in the ass. and using the old cuff method you don't even need to use a stethoscope as u can feel the pulse points, you don't need to hear them. It's as simple as it gets and saves you money. whichever device you go with, get the large cuff, the regular ones will only do up to 15" arms, and needles to say most of our arms are a bit larger than that.
bottom line, be careful. bp in nothing to fool around with. but on the bright/gloomy side, you might just have a sinus infection or allergies.
If anyone doesn't know how to check their own bp with a standard cuff, I'd be glad to post a thread on how to do it.

Yes, i would say get bp checked. Have you taken aas?? Or it could be an allergy. If your bp is ok, go to an allergist. They can prescribe an allergy medication like Alegra-D, or Zytec.
