  • Thoughts on crusing?

I am in the 8th week of a test e 750mg and deca 400mg cycle--I plan to run the test to week 12 and the deca to week 10--

I am considering crusing after this cycle at about 250-500mg of test enat. for around 8-10 weeks then going back on at 1000mg enath and 600mg of deca(or 600mg eq)---

Then after 12 weeks take some time off for a few months-
I have never done this, but I seem more able to keep my gains with longer cycles--

Any suggestions or comments on this are welcome--

id go 250mg during the cruise... and definitely get some heavy pct stuff lined up! hcg, clomid, nolvadex... possibly some cialis too! it WILL shut you down hard... so be more than prepared!

There are two schools of thought on this.(Ok my 2cents)

For control purposes just figure both are for 10 wks on(blast) 4 wks off(cruise, not really off) followed by 10 more wks of on(blast)

Real basically the first idea is during the cruise period which can be from 4-12 wks you can either run 350-400mgs/wk test only then jump back into the blast phase with full dosages and other compounds again if you so wish.

The second therory is to drop to 200-300mgs/wk test only but throw in as much PCT as you can to recovery as much as possible and prime the body to grow again.

The main point of either therory is to allow the body to recover from your (high) use of AS's and prime the body to respond as well as possible once AS's are resumed. The break for your body which can also include moderate workouts during the cruise phase will allow your CNS to repair and protect from overtraining.

The main benefit of both ideas to me is that your body has time to determine a new set point and adapt to the gains you have already made.

There are good arguements for and against each as compared to the other but the main point is both is better than nothing.
