If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I think the weight gainer will mean more 'dropping' since my high metabolism will burn it up. Will give it a try, who knows it might work. I'm kind of weary about those weight gainers and stuff because they can cause kidney damage with all of its 'richness'
well with a "weightgainer" shake, you can take in close to 1000 calories in 16oz... even if you have a super high metabolism, 1000calories wont burn off that fast... did you start a food log yet?
