taking liquid clen?

Alright how do you guys take your liquid clen. Do you just squirt it in your mouth or do you mix it with some juice or something? The taste s not real good that's why im asking for suggestions.

I put it in a shot glass and then fill the rest of the glass with some pink grapefruit juice.

Doesn't taste nearly as bad, and gives you that "hardcore" fealing..

yea today I just drank it down and then took a drink of water. Thats probably what il continue to do. thanks for the advice everyone

do you guys take your clen once a day or split it up into a mroning and afternoon schedule. I did a split today but I can't always get home midafternoon. With a 36 hour halflife it seems like it would be fine to take once a day. Let me know thanks jamescb77

ps- juices with lots of citric acid cover the taste best.
