Question on Trisoralen/Oxsoralen for tanning

I know this is probably in the wrong forum but their is more traffic here and I need a quick response.


I just came across some 20 mg Oxsoralen/Trisoralen which is supposed to help you tan easier, prevent burning or something to help you tan.

Anyway my question is How long should I take the capsule before I hit the tanning bed. I have heard anywhere from 3 hours to 30 minutes.

Any suggestions?

you might wanna post this up in the tanning section...but ive heard that stuff makes you orange...let me know how it works for you though..
