    I posted this a week or so ago but know one posted anything.

    25mcg for 2 days
    50mcg for 2 days
    75mcg for 2 days
    100mcg for 10 days
    75mcg for 5days
    50mcg for 5days
    25mcg for 5 days
    12.5mcg for 5 days.

    You taper up...but not super slowly....then you stay at your max for a while....then taper down slowly. This will last for 5 weeks and is safe for the average male. I've done this before and saw great results with no crash. Hope this helps.

      as for t3.....he gave you a nice lay out....i usually do the following, since i like using it for 8 weeks:
      25-2 days
      50-3 days
      75-5 days
      100-14 days
      75- 6 days
      50-6 days
      25-7 days
      12.5-7days
      6.75-7 days

        100mcg for 6 days lots of water take only in the morning.......don't take for more that 7 days at a time 1 week on 1 week off...this is safest for your thyroid......I take this every day and will for the rest of my life .....your don't want to have too.....

          i disagree with this completely.....your thyroid won't shut down completely from 6-8 weeks of t3.....but i am sorry you have to take it ed bro

                Thats terrible advice. Nothing personal, but it is.

                You need to taper off slowly. It doesnt shut you down in the HTPA sence, but your rates of T4>T3 conversion will drop considerably with it. Ive never heard of anyone that want pre-disposed to screw up their thyroid, although I would be willing to belive 100mcg 1wkon/1wk0ff is asking for trouble.

                Personally, I follow to BigJim. I think, I go 10% ramp up/ 30% max dose/ 60% ramp down. I usually will use about 50mcg T4 towards the end to work on increasing the T4>T3 rate back to normal.

                  here is what i did for my first time. 5 weeks. I started with 25 for 3 days. Then upped my dosage by 25mcg every 4 dayz to see how my body was reacting. I have never had to go above 75. then i would taper down to 12.5
