steralization of percursors?

could anybody give me EXACT precise instructions on how to steralize a percursor such as 4-ad (deca),1-test,masteron...remember these are percursors not AS so....i dont know how much BA and BB to add to them....or how long to heat,etc....make it long as ud like...PLEASE!!!!and please dont tell me to go to conversionboarddotcom .......thanx
