  • how many of u can use slin without gaining fat?

    Just wondering if its possible at all... without dieing in the process ofcourse...

    10-15iu's when bulking, 5-8iu's when dieting. It's all personal and diet-based anyway. I don't get over 10-11% no matter how much or how crappy I eat, but I will hold lots of water. As long as I only eat sugars in that post-workout shake and meal, and cut them out of the rest of my diet, I've never noticed any extra fat gain from slin, just an extra 5-8lbs.

              Yeah it helps Bull, keeps me fuller on a low-carb diet. Plus, since it shuttles all that sugar into my muscles even faster, once I cut my carbs off for the day at 6pm, I know ALL the carbs are gone, lol, so overnight the fat melts away. Bulking, I still eat plenty of carbs after the slin shot, but low-fat and low-GI, no more sugars after 6pm still. Btw, I work out around 2-3pm so I've got time to make sure I'm safe since I use Humalog. If you're working out at a different time or using Humulin-R, then obviously adjust the carb-timing to match.

                was humalog the faster one or humulin -r??? i still got some more readin to do

                    I am insulin sensitive so I see results on as little as 3iu ed....I use it mostly post cycle and I lose very little/or nothing that I put on during cycle.... I think I'm going to try and only use it 2 days a wk this next go round since its summer, just to avoid the chance of fat!

                      If I go over 10iu's I have trouble keeping the fat under control, even with a clean diet. I use slin as mainly a bridge these days.

                      winter - I go to about 12-14iu's starting from 4iu's working up.

                      summer - I wont go over 12iu's

                      Always post workout with protein and carb shake then a meal 45min. later. I think slin is works amazing post cycle!!

                        I agree, slin is a great bridge, I can't wait till I've saved enough to start GH, heard that GH/slin is almost like being still ON, lol. Or at least my older friends tell me, though it could just be b/c they feel so much better being on the GH. For slin, I only stay on 3-4 weeks with 4 weeks off, and use it only about 4x per week, though I lift 6 days a week. 10-15iu's bulking, 5-8iu's when cutting to help keep me full.
