Ok, i think i have it. At first i was going to do ethenate all by it's lonesome, but now i think that a stack of EQ and Deca might be a wiser combination. Yes the test will add size quicker, but the slow release of the deca and Eq will not "show " my results "too" quickly and produce a leaner and fuller set of muscles. The EQ will help me add lean musles w/o the water retention and the slow release of the deca will add to the building process. At 233 lbs, the deca a week dosage should be 466 (with the 2 mg per lb of bw rule), but when do i add the deca and what dosage of EQ should i start and move to? This is my first cycle and i work EXTREMELY hard in the gym.
