Well I have been a member for a few months and have been reading a lot of threads but have not paosted untill now. So hello everyone.
First off my stats are I'm 21 years old 6'3" 200 lbs. not sure of body fat. I would consider myself skinny though with a little bit of baby fat on stomach area Have been training hard for last 3 years (during off season only though, I play college baseball).
I am considering taking a 10 week cycle of 20ml of winny. I am thinking about pyramiding the cycle over that 10 weeks.
The results I am looking for are to gain 5-10lbs and also to cut the little amount of body fat that I have. I am looking to tone the quick tick mucles in my arm and then to build up my legs more.
I am just wondering any advice that you can give me to do this right and safe. I have talked to others ballplayers I know have done it so I know what I am doing for the most part. There seems to be a lot of smart and educated people on this board that would be great to get their opinions on this subject.
I am a pitcher not looking to get all huge but just to tone and get cut up a little and maybe add a few pounds.
Any help that you guys could be would be awesome.
