I have been thinking about using some low doses of humulin R and I have read a bunch and about all the dangers. But I haven't found out if you use low doses say a few times a week. Will it cause problem with your own insulin levels and will you become dependent on it after time?

Yes, I am going to start out around 3 to 4 iu. just to see how I take it. And I was thinking of only doing it a few times a week.Comment
