I wnat to use 10mg per day of Nolvadex to prevent gyno, water retention, and fat gain. WIll taking this during they cycle hinder my gains? If so How much will it prevent from my gains?

IMO i guess you can say it does simply cause water retention will give you a little more strength. 10mgs a day is a pretty low dose so i don't think you should worry about it. a while ago i read articles on other reasons why it does but i'm not sure how much merit it holds nor can i remember what it was. maybe someone else remembers, but i'll look for the article. -
