  • insulin quick question

    Alright bros i've read everything i can and am ready for insulin. I'll start at 4 ius post workout and work my way up to 10. I have my diet completly mapped out, but i was wondering if i should use it at all during days i don't lift? Its still helping shuttle for recovery so i figured thats when i'd try out the am shots. What do u think?

    i dont use it on my off days. mainly because i hate the no fat eating while on. if i were to do it on my off day it would be first thing in the morning.

      when i do slin i use it ed i doit post work out , and on off days i do it as soon as i wake up

        your insulin sensitivity will decrease more rapidly if you doit on your days off. I suggest running it only on days you workout untill you become more experienced with it. Once you feel comfortable at 10iu's/day, then try it on your days off and see if you like it or not.
