    does it really matter what quadrant you inject in? specifically regarding the glutes?

      yup it does matter... upper outer is the only place to go. you dont want to hit any nerves!

        I can't do quads anywhere. Can't walk right for a couple of weeks or more.

          Top outer part of the glute, 2-3" from the hip bone.

            i have used my upper outer to inject my eq lately for some reason i dont like the glute. And it isn't a problem at all. Doesn't hurt one bit, but I am only using EQ!

                I've been injecting in my quads, upper outter with EQ and it doesn't hurt one bit. I think I need to streach for a week, because it is just getting harder to reach around to the glute, so I swiched spots. Its a little thicker skin but other then that it is painless.

                  i hate glutes now... id rather do calves than glutes at this point...

                    I hit calves up once a week with test! I love my calves now sense I did spot, I used to be deathly afraid of spot!
