QV Stan 100

Does anyone know what's up with my QV Stan 100? The bottle came with caps that said Flip Top, and the hologram isn't marked with the dots when you peal it off......

The thing that bothers me the most is the top isn't marked QV and the batch number is laser printed just like the label and not dot matrix
