Need a little advice

Here is my current cycle: Test Prop 200 MG EOD, Fina 150 MG EOD. I want to cut down and loose this gut. What's a good diet to go on? Plus if I up my protien intake while dieting will I still be able to see some decent mucles gains? To be honest I don't eat that healthy. Please let me know bro's

you dont need a Diet that fits into any category... just eat enough protein to keep muscle or even add more... and restrict calories around 500cals below your BMR.. also CARDIO!
