Insulin and R-ALA

Been taking 800mg-1g of R-ALA per day the last month or so... Just started back up on insulin @ 10 iu's pw only. I've researched this but couldn't quite find a clear cut answer... Am i okay to continue to use R-ALA through out the day EXECEPT with my Slin shot?? A buddy of mine said it makes him way to insulin sensetive so he only takes r-ala on the days he doesnt work out which is obviously the days he does not take slin either... opinons??

Anyone ever take ala with Slin shot? I would imagine you would have to drop your IU's... is that effective at all??

i never took RALA but i do take ALA i just dont take it before and after slin. because it increases slin sensitivity i would say ere on the side of caution and just lay off while the slin is active and before your slin shot. i really dont think there would be much change but why risk it.
