  • Every cycle should consist of......

    ?

    List a few things that you feel are mandatory of every cycle (on top of the main gear that you are running)

    as an example:

    1) D-bol to kick start
    2) Some Test
    3) ALA and vitamins
    4) Post cycle Clomid

    I am sure there are some wacky must have ones.

      Test of some kind,supps,food,a bed,and plenty of ladies for the test.

                OTC stuff:

                - multi-vitamin

                - Ginger roots or simethicone USP

                - 800 IU of vitamin E

                - 1-2 g of Vitamin C

                - Saw Palmetto

                - A liver protectant: R-ALA, milk thistle, Tyler liver detox, Liv-52

                - Cranberry extract

                - flax seed oil or a mix (omega 3-6-9)

                - garlic extract

                - Niacine

                AAS

                - an injectable (test or primo)

                - an oral (dbols or anavar)

                Post-cycle

                - clomids in certain cases

                - novaldex (same as clomids)

                - Maca

                  Well I think if diet and traning is on point it really doesn't matter what you take because you will gain as long as the doses are high enough. I think to many people stress on elaborate cycles and not enough on diet and post cycle therapy. The best post cycle stack I've used is clomid and dnp. The dnp is so I can keep stuffing my face with lots of protein and it also keeps me from getting fat until my test levels return.

                      armidex, clomid, PROTEIN, pootang, syringes and maybe a little help to go with the test ... EQ and sleep

                            also to add to the above I like to keep valiums around,it helps me unwined,and sleep.

                              thats all u need in that order, must have test for ur cycle, gotta have something to inject it with, gotta fuel urself (u can gain muscle without working out on AAS) and then a gym to workout at. This is just the basics of course.
