I have done a lot of spot with test, but I was wondering if I should spot with EQ?? I really like spotting. Especially the legs/shoulders. So I was just seeing if anyone had a bad experience or if they thought it was a waste or not that effective in spot. Also I'm using QV bold 200

hey 71olds I know you are a vary knoledged guy I can tell by all the post I read, but i think it has some spot enhancement! I have been doing quad only right at first tell I it started getting a little bigger then the left, so I went to the left! I'm doing it on the muscle directly on top of the quad and its size has actually grown/swollen up! Just informing you!

test is what I noticed had the best results with spot! EQ seems min. with the size, it just seems like it helps a lil. But prob prop I think is the best! this is my 5th cycle, and all look about the same, so I am not all that experenced with a whole bunch of other stuff though!
