I AM KILLING MYSELF IN THE GYM ABOUT 5 TIMES A WEEK. IS THIS A GOOD CHOICE FOR A FIRST CYCLE. WHAT WEIGHT GAINS AM I LOOKING AT. ANY ADVICE ON ANYTHING WOULD HELP.
