thanks Saturn, let me ask you another question, what if i get gyno in the middle of the cycle ? Can i develop gyno from over the counter products ? and if so can you just take a pct and get rid of it at any time or does the pct only help at the on set, and not after you develop gyne....does that make sense ??

bro, gyno can come from AAS,i am not aware of any over the counter cupps that make this occur......just make sure you have nolvadex or liquiddex to last you through the entire cycle...in my cycles i incorporate .25 mg's(.25 mg's for every 500 mg's of AAS EOD) L-dex as needed,and i have only needed it about 5 times,but remember everyone is different....test is always good to have but i know plenty of ppl that have done a decca winny cycle with no problems what so ever...the decca mgiht give you somewhat of a bloat but that will subside once you come off of it...just make sure you have clomid and or nolvadex for PCT....i have always used clomid but i am thinking of switchign to nolva just to see how it goes....good luck bro

Yes, you can get gyno from over the counter pro-hormones and pro-steriods, ( if that is what you mean by over the counter ) .

So, you always, and every time want to have NOLVA or Arimidex on hand in case gyno symptoms show, ie, itchy puffy nipples, if that happens, immediately start taking the nolva, this will combat it, and you'll save yourself 3-5 grand in surgery and months of discomfort and pain.

What do you think you got it from?

Give you and indication of what AS you might be suseptible too.

Also, you might want to run Nolva all the way through your cycle or Arimidex, eliminates possibility before it even happens.

A year later, don't know per se, wouldn't think so, maybe other have more specific information.
