ok, i'am not sure what u mean, but i ll try.
train super heavy reps like4-8 max, and take a long rest like 2 mns bweteen each set.
    for bench, flat bench
    for legs squat
    for shoulders, dumbell presses
    for biceps: i like dumbell
    for triceps: dips.
for back: bent over rows, and beleive it or not i like dead lifts, wil make it thicker
basically, stick with the basics AND DO TEHM RIGHT AND DON'T CHEAT, WEAR A BELT, EAT LIKE 7 MEALS A DAY, HIGH PROTEIN, CARBS, AND AT LEAST 4000 GRMS OF CALORIES AND U WILL GROW LIKE WEED, AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS SLEEP AND REST.

i hope this will help u out

    does everyone agree with me????????

stick to the basic compound movements. like bench, incline, shoulder press, squats, deadlifts, straight leg deads, lunges, leg press, t-bar rows, dips and stuff like that.

Yep, this is not rocket science. Even the pro's don't have any secret weapon in the training department.

high intesity with high weight with lower reps. on cycle if i had to chose between 60 lb dumbbell curls 6 times, or 55 lbs 8 times, i'd pick 60 lbs. (and then do it again, probably wouldnt be able to do but 2 of them at that since its heavier, then move down the weight and keep hitting reps with diffrent routines). then next time around you do bis again, hit the 60 again, try for 8-10. just keep moving up like that when you can. build the reps up in between. now if you had to chose between 70lb 3-4 times or 60 lbs 6 times, i'd pick the 60. i dont feel that little ammount of times will see great results even though its heavier.

i first experiemented with this method when i started going to the gym the first time. i had never done incline benches, only flat bench. i saw dramatic and fast results until it eventually slowed down and hit a wall. if you are not using this method might give it a try, i think you'll see some good results off the bat on cycle. ive been having trouble with bi's lately, ive been doing it for regular curls and concentrations, and i'm starting to see results again. (as well as adding in diffrent methods of curls, change up is alawys good to keep the muscles guessing. guessing = gross. ) just remember to change it up, you'll be fine.
            5'10
            ~190 lbs

I like to help, but do I look like a drug ******? (The correct answer here is no) So please do not ask me for drugs.
