when to start arimidex?

im just wondering if i need to start my arimidex right away? im gonna do 800mgs a week test400 for 10 weeks. also im gonna do 100mgs fina a day for 40 days. so do i need to start my arimidex right away? or can i wait till like the 2nd or 3rd week? i was wondering cause i know the test doesnt kick in for like 4 weeks! thanks!!!!

I do it from the beginning.

It is not that the test takes 4 weeks to "kick in" , it is about 4 weeks to feel the effects.

the reason for this is because it is an anti-aromatase.. that means that it prevents the steroids from aramotising. if they start to aromatise, arimidex is useless to the estrogen in you at that time... you can start nolvadex at any time cause its simply a blocker...

just make sure ur estrogen levels don't get too low, you can ruin lipid profile, and your gains.
rule of the thumb:
for every 500 mg of test , use .5 arimidex.

I would suggest even lower, if at all. I believe arimidex is one of the least understood and misused drugs we take. In many cycles it is not necessary at all. Much of that is how you individually respond to the different drugs. I used to take it all the time, but stopped and barely noticed a difference. If you are only taking it to control bloat - you are abusing it. It is a strong drug with side effects and there are much safer ways to control bloat (i.e. more water, less sodium)
